The 2023 Ford Bronco Sport is all-around fun SUV to take on off-roading adventures. Every trim level comes standard with 4×4 capabilities and Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist technologies. The toughest part for buyers is choosing between the Bronco Sport’s six trim levels.

Base Model

The entry trim level for the Bronco Sport comes standard with a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine with auto start-stop technology.  It comes with Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist, which includes a blind-spot information system, lane-keeping system, automatic high beams, and pre-collision assist. It also includes a rearview camera. There is a 4.2-inch instrument cluster with vehicle information for the driver.

On the exterior, there is a manual liftgate and flip-up rear glass. There is also a safari-style roof with more space for up to 150 pounds of cargo on top. The Infotainment system is an eight-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Big Bend Model

The next trim level-up adds quite a few available features, like LED fog lights, wireless charging, and a power moonroof. There is also an available universal garage door opener.

Standard features for this trim level include electronic automatic temperature control complete with a rear air duct. There is also privacy glass on the second-row windows and the liftgate.

Heritage Model

The LED fog lights become standard on the Heritage Model. This trim level also adds rubberized back seats in the second row. These are a lot easier to wipe down than traditional cloth materials in the back. This trim level makes available a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Outer Banks Model

The Outer Banks Model adds leather-trimmed front bucket seats that are also heated. It also adds the heated leather-wrapped steering wheel as standard. The Outer Banks Model adds rain-sensing automatic windshield wipers in the front. The vehicle’s driver gauge is upgraded to a 6.5-inch color LCD panel in this model.

Badlands Model

The engine in the Badlands Model changes to a standard 2.0-liter EcoBoost design. It delivers a maximum of 250 horsepower and 277 lb.-ft of torque. The Bronco Sport has a class II trailer tow package with sway control assist. This package is available for the Badlands and gives the SUV a maximum towing capacity of 2,200 pounds.

Heritage Limited Model

The Bronco Sport’s top-tier trim level makes many features standard. Heritage Limited comes with a power moonroof, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and wireless charging. The Class II trailer packaging for towing is standard for this trim level.
